At Vivaldi Construction we have been constructing beautiful bespoke orangery projects for over 22 years and in that time have achieved a remarkable customer satisfaction rating in independent consumer surveys carried out by the Consumer Protection Association. All the conservatories and bespoke orangery projects we build are designed to compliment the clients home and provide a fabulous room to be enjoyed all year round. We showcase some of our Bespoke Fascia Style Orangery projects on this page
Bespoke Fascia Orangery Design Options
Our bespoke orangeries are as diverse as our clients and their homes. We construct bespoke fascia orangery projects using uPVC, aluminium and hardwood in any colour.
Single or Multiple Atium - most projects feature a single atrium, installed in to what is an almost flat roof, and this atrium can be any size, which obviously dictates the amount of natural light in the room. However, on larger projects we can install multiple atriums or even a combination of atrium and glazed, walk-on flat roof. This is particularly useful if the orangery extension is divided in to multiple rooms.
Traditional Fascia Orangery - the depth of a typical orangery roof is around 375mm, to allow for the structural joists and insulation we need to comply with latest building regulations. On a fascia orangery a decorative fascia is used around the perimeter of the roof, which can be any colour, illustrated on this page are white and woodgrain examples.
Incorporation of bifold doors - our bespoke fascia orangery projects are all structurally proven, usually with catnic lintels above the windows and doors on the side elevations. This means we can confidently install the widest of bifold doors, allowing clients to open their rooms up on summer days.
Full orangery project service - an orangery project will require full building regulation approval, we take care of everything from dealing with initial planning and building regulation compliance, right through construction to completion, to include plastering, electrics and flooring, giving our clients the convenience of a single, dedictaed project manager.
