Bespoke Conservatories - The Benefits
Bespoke Living Space - Whether the client requires a uPVC, aluminium or hardwood conservatory we work closely with them to design a bespoke living space perfectly suited to their needs.
All Year Round Usable Room - We combine latest technology glazing with innovative design to create a truly all year round usable conservatory.
Natural Light - Bespoke design allows our clients to choose how much natural light they want in their new conservatory. It also allows them to decide how much light they want going into adjoining rooms as this is an often forgotten, but important, factor.
Thermal Efficiency - Our use of latest technology glass roofs achieving a u value of down to 1.0 and with solar heat rejection of 82% mean our bespoke conservatories are highly thermally efficient.
Bespoke Conservatories - Design Options
We are highly experienced in building bespoke conservatories and work with our clients to advise them of the most appropriate materials. Our first priority is to ensure our bespoke conservatories are structurally sound, we structurally prove them to withstand winds in excess of 130mph for our client's complete peace of mind.
We offer an almost unlimited range of conservatory designs that compliment any home, using maintenance free uPVC as well as beautiful hardwood drawn from sustainable sources and slimline aluminium. In addition, we take care of the entire project, from dealing with initial conservatory planning permission enquiries, right through construction to completion including plastering, electrics and finished flooring. All our tradesmen are experienced craftsmen who take pride in their work, most have even been with us since establishing in 2000.
Bespoke Conservatory - Client Review
We take great care to ensure that all of our client's bespoke conservatories suit their existing home and gives them the perfect extra room. Prior to making a decision regarding which company you choose to construct your conservatory read this genuine, unsolicited review from Mr Edwards of Long Eaton.
The conservatory had to be built to a specific design which required construction onto a corner of the House and each end connected to existing parts of the building. The construction was carried out quietly and efficiently and any minor problems resolved quickly. The quality of materials and workmanship were and still remain very high. My Wife & myself would not hesitate in recommending the company to prospective customers.
Bespoke Hardwood Conservatory - Case Study
This bespoke hardwood conservatory built for Mr & Mrs Kennedy near Stamford incorporates numerous innovative design features including, a drop valley, green painted hardwood, bespoke authentic astragals, spotlighting and a thermal internal plastered pelmet.
Drop Valley - In order to maintain an adequate roof pitch whilst dealing with the height restrictions cause by the upstairs window, we incorporated a drop valley (this can be seen where the roof meets the house).
Green Painted Hardwood - The client wanted a different colour for the inside and outside of their bespoke conservatory so we worked with them to come up with a specific British Standard Colour (BS).
Bespoke Authentic Astragals - Traditional Georgian bars are perfectly suited for the single glazed windows on the clients house but could not support individual double glazed sealed units. In order to match the size of style of the existing house windows we bespoke designed authentic astragals that are fixed to the outer and inner glass panes with dummy spacer bars inside the window. We would challenge anyone to spot the difference between our bespoke authentic astragals and traditional Georgian bars.
Thermal Pelmet & Spotlighting - Our Orangery style Conservatory thermal plastered pelmet with spotlighting provides the client with a perfect combination of style and thermal efficiency.
Start Your Bespoke Conservatory Project
Before beginning your project there are various things to consider; these can include basics such as design, materials and size but could also include investigating whether there are any restrictions on your property, such as conservation areas, listed building status or drainage/ inspection chamber issues. If you are ready to start discussing your bespoke conservatory project with us then we have a couple of options. Firstly we like to receive as much information as possible from the potential client regarding their requirements; we can then use this information to draw up some initial CAD's of the bespoke conservatory ready for a quotation or to setup an appointment for further consultation.
Since establishing in March 2000, we have always believed that the design and planning stage of a bespoke conservatory project is a job for an experienced professional, which is why we have never employed any salesmen. Our strong ethics mean we have an incredible attention to minute detail, whether that be at the planning stage or the installation stage, it also means we believe in doing our small part to help the environment so we've developed a sustainability policy with Environmental Scientists that meets UK government environmental guidelines and is registered under the control of pollution act of 1989.
